Thank you for your feedback. In regards to your stay with us, we try our best to accommodate and help our guests to the fullest extent. Staff moved your room after you complained about a smell. Staff was lead to believe that this solved any issues you had with your stay. In regards to the showers not working, all plumbing in our establishment is checked and maintained regularly. Had there been any issues like that we would have done our best to fix it. Upon checkout there were no plumbing errors within either of your rooms. We hope that going forward if you are presented with these issues you will feel comfortable enough to communicate these things to our staff so that we can help accordingly.
