As a first-time buyer, I cannot recommend working with Evett enough! Evetts knowledge of East county neighborhoods, responsiveness (always willing to hop on a call or answer a text), and guidance made the process (almost!) stress-free. Evett was very patient and made herself available to answer the endless questions I had, and to tour properties with me, which was incredibly helpful to make the best choice. I also appreciated how accurate her comps were when moving towards the offer stage. Evett is a CLASS ACT!!! Head and shoulders above her peers. I reached out to her well into the evening to request a 7am showing for the next day on an occupied listing. She responded right away! That was a delightful surprise in itself, then she made it happen. Stop looking for a Realtor right here and call her if you are in need of an Agent that will do for you more than you would do for yourself. In my opinion, the only reason that she would do this on a listing that already has multiple offers could be to benefit her Sellers with one more showing, one more Buyer, one more offer to leverage that price up to her Clients (Sellers) benefit. Remember that we typically get paid 2.5% so making another $10,000 for a Seller is only another $250 for her brokerage and I assume she has to share that woth the broker and pay fees (then taxes) like the rest of us Realtors. She does this for her Clients benefit you cant convince me otherwise.
