    Excellent buying experience. Professional, knowledgeable and no game-playing. Brought 2 cars to my home and after purchase spent an hour explaining and demonstrating all the features. Even set up my garage door opener. My son also bought a car here even though he lives in San Francisco because it was simpler and less hassle.

    Went to check a trade in vehicle and upon arrival David helped me through the purchase/ trade in process and we were able to make a quick deal that was easy, transparent and straightforward. I got a great offer on my current vehicle and made a very fair deal for my new vehicle. Will absolutely be back once it's time to purchase a new car again. Overall awesome team and great purchasing experience!

    Robert in Client Service was AWESOME and went so ABOVE and BEYOND for me and my car! Michael as a mechanic was super patient and professional and gave my 2012 Lexus great service. Others who worked on a very challenging and unusual repair also were excellent! I highly recommend them!

    This is my personal experience: We came in on Friday night and left very disappointed. I have been taking to David who's been super helpful. That night he was not in. I was helped by Francisco and his manager, John. Earlier, we tested drove the RC 350 F sport 6 cylinder. I loved it, so we decided to discuss numbers. The manager and I went back and forth for hours. Finally we arrived on a price we agreed upon. I had all my proof of insurance and finances ready. I was over the moon and I was so exited. I couldn't believe I was going to get my dream car! Then, they told me it's a 4 cylinder they were selling to me. I try to bargain with them again for the 6 cylinder since that's what I tested drove and had initially inform them that this is what I wanted to purchase. They won't honor the price we settled on. They made a major mistake and didn't own up to it. I left there feeling so disappointed and broken. I know that it's just a car but I hardly ever get anything for myself. The one time I had something to looked forward to for myself, just ended in pure disappointment... "Thank you, John".
