        I opened 2 watches lines in this store on May 2023 during their "free watch if you open qualifying watch line promotion". I didn't notice until now that the promotion was never applied and I was actually paying for the watch devices for almost a year. My fault for not checking my bill sooner since its an auto payment. I talked to customer service rep on the phone to see if I am able to get reimbursement for those past months but she said there's nothing she can do about it. In short, I need to pay for the watches which I assumed that are free for adding a lines. I was being charged for watch devices because of this store's employees fault for not applying the promotion and not doing their job right.
