Ghetto representatives! I called cause I saw a fraudulent charge on my credit card and the rep was encouraging me to text him a picture of the charge. I told him that was u professional and I asked to speak to a supervisor and he said he is the supervisor. I told him this was very unprofessional, and he said thats the only way to help you my dude. I said I was reporting this to the credit card as fraud and he said, do what you want, report your father if you want to. Just completely unprofessional and rude.

Take a second to read this review, for your sake. The absolute best person ever helped me. And his name is Leon. He did everything he could to make sure I got the best rate. He explained everything VERY thoroughly. He spoke with a clear tone and demonstrated a lot of patience. He was very honest, cut to the chase, and was very open to what I was going to pay.
