If I could give 0 stars I would. I dropped my things to get fixed and I showed up and they charged me for work that they did not do. Maybe they fixed a small seam but that's me giving them the benefit of the doubt. Then made me drive back to pick up a refund in cash. Disappointing but not surprised.

I got my clothes back and my blue jean 501s look like they had been washed. Not the same new finish the other Palm Cleaners on East Main gives me. I also took in a Padres jersey that they returned to me with blue stains that were nit there before. Made them redo it. East Main location does a better job. They have more experience.

This is for your Main Street location!I dropped off a wool sweater to get dry cleaned and it's come back shrunken and is now unwearable. How do you shrink my wool sweater dry cleaning it when dry cleaning does not use water? You did not even let me know you shrunk my sweater. I had to find out about it myself at home. If you make a mistake like this and ruin a 500$ sweater you should own your mistake!
