I highly advise you avoid this business at this location as well as their 2 other locations, see below, if you need advanced DMV services. I paid upfront in full services to have an out of state specialty vehicle vin inspected, issued a title, and registered. The owner and his wife explained to me in person how they could not as a business process this request. However, they would guide me through the process with the DMV directly and potentially the CHP. On a verbal commitment they confirmed if the process could not be completed via the DMV/CHP they would refund me all associated fees. Sure enough I was not able to register the vehicle for road use in California and subsequently sold it. The DMV was gracious enough to refund all tax/doc./registration fees. Unfortunately, after approaching the owners afterwards in person they both no longer recalled said commitment and agreement. I am now out $750.00+, with receipts in hand, with little to no other recourse other than to pursue legal action.
