I love El Cajon Dental. The Dental Hygienist is so nice and they are very detailed always asking me questions and explaining the process/procedures. Very professional and caring!

The office manager shamed and humiliated me and I will not go back to this dental practice-ever. The doctors and staff always treated me courteously and respectfully over the 10-plus years I was a patient. The manager lacks even basic people skills. You said I had been given a treatment plan a year earlier for the same condition and that I signed it. The treatment plan you showed me was dated a year earlier, but the charges you are talking about were HANDWITTEN in AFTER I signed it. As I told you, I received the treatment plan, but the one I had did not have the handwritten addition to it. You said I called the next day to apologize, and that is correct, but I called to apologize to the front office staff, because you, the office manager, continued to argue with me on the way out the door. You need to acquire some people skills and to remember that "the customer is always right." You may think you won an argument, but you lost a 10-plus year patient.

Always a wonderful experience at El Cajon family dental. The staff, dentist and technicians are spot on and always put you at ease. Very very happy with their services!

The staff is so welcoming! Everyone took time to very thoroughly explain everything to me. I feel well taken care of at El Cajon Family Dental and think everyone deserves dental care as well rounded and supportive as the staff provides here.
