San Ysidro Health El Cajon

I would write a detailed review like the others, but I dont feel like writing a whole book just plain and simple. This place is the worst clinic Ive ever had to deal with from phone calls, people calling you back, sending referrals, making appointments. I did go in there for one appointment. The staff at the counter is very rude. They look down at you, like you should be thankful that youre there and speak to you like youre beneath them. and dont call there and try to get a same-day appointment because if you do, theyre going to direct you to the urgent care office which is all the way over on third Avenue in Chula Vista. Lol OK, well I looked into write a review regarding this facility seems that I wrote one almost a year ago which is the last time I was here is the same thing I mean my doctor shes actually really great. You just gotta get past the rude people at the counter. When I came in I was the only one in line. There was no other patients at the counter, and there was two ladies behind the counter. One of them looked up at me then she looked back down at her computer then looked at the lady next to her then decided she would call me.

They take so long to answer the phone and when you schedule the appointment they call a day before and cancel it because the doctor has an emergency! after 3 times they canceled I came to my appointment 7 minutes late they canceled the appointment because the doctor didn't want to see me! Such a disrespectful team and they think they are the only people busy but not the patient.

The dental assistant, Jenny, threaten my granddaughter. If she didnt behave she would get the Dr (Allan) to make me leave the room. She had no patience with a scared 4year old. Mind you, my granddaughter has been to dental visits with no issues. We have tried to teach her that Dr/DDS are here to help, they do not hurt you and they dont give shots if you dont behave. My granddaughter just became more and more terrified and cried uncontrollably.
