We have had two showers installed in the last couple of years and Patrick did both presentations. We actually requested him for the second one. He was very responsive to our needs, was clear in his presentation and most professional. Based on our experience with him we have recommended Bathfitters to family and friends

Training is essential in developing employees who represent the company's goals and mission. When an employee also has exhibits professionalism, integrity, excellence communication skills, and a charming personality you are fortunate to employ Ciaran McKenna. The result of his installation exceeds my expectations. In order to make the shower easy to use by my handicapped Sister, I required the strategic placement of several accessories. Ciaran offered cogent suggestions about the choice and placement of the items. After we agreed on the design, I recognized that my Sister would have an accessibility problem with one item due to her special needs. Ciaran offered creative alternatives that resolved the problem. Throughout the installation process, I was highly impressed with Ciaran's ability and desire to communicate clearly and concisely. As a result of Ciaran's installation & communication skills and attention to detail, I am confident that my beautiful new handicapped accessible shower is and will remain safe and viable for many years. Because Ciaran cared about my Sister's special needs, she will experience the satisfaction and empowerment that comes from the self-sufficiency of showering on your own. I now have a beautiful shower and a bathroom that looks much larger and more modern than before. But more than that, I now have a tool that will improve the life of some someone I love.
