Tech showed up late without a call as was promised when appointment was booked. Tech was not able to communicate AT ALL IN ENGLISH or even Spanish. I called for a repair and he said he couldnt do it, that he needed a supervisor to do it and that test would cost $1000. Scammers and con artists. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Bill came out. He was a great tech, my AC was acting up for a week, he came he told me a price after looking at it for a solid 15 minutes and ended up fixing it in the same day. Thank you Reliable

Just got serviced by this company my central air wasnt cooling wanted to know why the tech told us the problem he said there could be a leak somewhere told us a testing kit to check if theres a leak would cost $1400. Come to find out testing kits range from $200 to $400 at most to fix it, not to mention we have family that are licensed hvacs but we dont currently live near our home town. Since were military were from the east coast. I understand tech charge for labor too but I feel like we got over priced. And the issue wasnt fixed. Our tech guy was nice his name is konstantin thing is we definitely feel like we got over priced when we asked why was the price high he said due to not being able to reach our systems of our central air unit. Which is sitting outside.
