My AC went out on me out of nowhere. I called up reliable and the tech Oleg showed up on time. It turns out my fan was horrible. He ordered the parts kept me updated and finished it in 2 days! Thank you Reliable!

I called to get a quote on a repair of a refrigerator to see if I should repair or replacement. The office told me that the tec would be on site at 11am. The tec then contacts me and tells me they will be there after 4pm. I call the office as this was an emergency and I could not wait that long. The tec arrived, and instead of giving me a quote I had requested, they did the repair. They charged my credit card without my consent. For weeks, I've been asking for a receipt so I can get a refund from my Apartments, and I never got it. It's been a month, and I have not gotten a receipt. I forgot to add 1 week after the repair, the refrigerator stopped working so we had to replace it.
