Massage envy has great therapist but the location in eastvale has many lots of gaslighting regarding scheduling. Cancelations done by their location the same day on you with no repercussions. Yet when there's scheduling mistakes they take no accountability for it. They will verbally tell you a different time and then the day of schedule you for an hour in advance so you purposefully get billed for the time.They are happy to bill you monthly, to cancel on you and to charge u for mistakes in scheduling and I feel like they do not validate the needs of the client or respect the clients schedule. A great location should be able to confirm all this information and take accountability putting the customer first. Also the manager Stacey is terrible and enjoys withholding corporate or multi-location managers information so that the customer gets irritated with reaching out to them to report incendences within there location just an honest opinion. If anyone else has had this issue I'd encourage you to report it to the multi-facility manager named Nicole and also to the BBB so that justice for customers rights can be considered. The worst customer service ever! Stay away from Massage Envy Eastvale! They take your money every month but they dont give you the service! It is extremely hard to get an appointment. Two times in a row they called me on the day of my massage and canceled my appointment because the massage therapist was not available. After complaining to the manager, I asked to be compensated. Finally she gave me 1 1/2 hour complimentary massage but every time I called, there were no appointments available. I would call and call with no luck. Today I was able to get an appointment and I received a call back stating the complimentary massage had expired! I explained I called and called and they never had appointments but they just said, Im sorry you feel that way and offered me an enhancement service worth $10-$20. I couldnt believe it and asked to speak to a manager. They claim she can call me back later on this week! Seriously this place is a rip off! Keep trying to book here as is it very convenient. Unfortunately every time I try they are supposedly booked. Online says they are 100% booked from June to December. I highly doubt that Jun 24th, 2023
