I love my doctor Gianni C Suaniman but today 02/14/2024 I had a very unpleasant experience with one of the receptionists, I arrived and asked to see the doctor because he was going to give me an injection that was very important (well at least At least that's what he told me the day before 02/13/2024) the receptionist told me that I had the appointment at 9am and I answered that it was like that but that their system was not like that, that the doctor couldn't decide on the dating time, well I told him can you please ask him to see what he says? She told me ok I asked her, then she came out and told me that the doctor was in a meeting and that I should return the next day at 8am because it was the only time the doctor could treat me, I told her that I couldn't. arrive at that time, so he told me ok then he told me that the nurse could give me an injection for pain but I answered that I had no pain, just inflammation and he told me well you decide. In my mind I asked myself decide what? So I just went home, not understanding why the confusion? The doctor said if you can't make it at 9am, come as soon as you are free and he even gave me the appointment paper with the 9am time. And when I arrived, all in pain, they told me that they couldn't see me and the doctor knew perfectly well what he told me and didn't say anything about his mistake. I walked two miles with my swollen knee to get there and I had to walk those two miles again in that same condition back to my house without anything being resolved

My experience at Via care was very great. They were very professional and responsible and Dr.Owen made sure everything went smoothly, ill definitely be back for any medical needs
