        Staff members were extremely helpful and friendly. Loved that they had a gym that accommodated my bodybuilding needs. The towels and linens were the best smelling ones Ive ever used at a hotel. Great location right off I-5. The diner made it easy to not have to go out of the way searching for food.

        Incredibly friendly and enjoyable staff, great location, and really stellar service from all staff members from check in to room cleaning. Rooms: The booking system unfortunately overbooked the hotel, leaving us to stay in a queen instead of a king room, but it did not ruin our trip, just put a small damper on it.

        It's a Travelodge... It's fine. The price is right. Penny's diner is good, the staff are nice.

        Barb was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. She was flexible with getting a room Clean for us to stay in last minute, served us some delicious food at the diner, and helped point us in the right direction to fix a car problem. Definitely staying here every time we pass through Shasta.
