Expressed interest in a vehicle over the phone. Offered to pay a down payment or deposit so it would not be sold before I could come pick it up. Sales associate would not return my calls or respond with any promised information. Dealership sold the car out from under me four days after I initially contacted them about it. So far, the only time the Eastbay Motorcars deigned to contact me was via email to tell me they sold the vehicle.

I went in there to trade my vehicle in for a used Dodge and it was a fantastic experience. Zia helped me via email to get the ball rolling. Once at the dealer Allius took care of me and was amazing. He didn't pressure me at all, was very knowledgeable, and he made the entire process very quick. The entire process, including test drive and trade in, took just over 2 hours. The facility itself was very clean and you could tell they took very good care of their vehicles. I highly recommend East Bay Motorcars.
