Service was great, I would like to thank you Mr. Glen, he had very professional attitude. He is very responsible and have great personality. Thank you again. I had very bad day after my accident but the services I received from Golden State made it easier. Thank you.

Terrible customer service. They have no sympathy and were incredibly rude. Despite my showing proof that the car was ours, they refused to open the car .. I even had a device play from inside the car and they still would not open it. Unnecessarily difficult, disrespectful, and dishonest people who do not treat people with any sense of respect. Chad the owner and the guy on the lot had no since of dignity and were very very rude and made no since to people going through difficult time and just out of a deadly accident. Even the review above experienced the same treatments. I agree with Samantha 1000%. Would not recommend this company to anyone ever

Glen, the driver was fantastic. My brakes failed and I was 300 miles away from home. He helped me to calm dow, was very professional and very kind. He is a gem, hope he keeps on being such a beautiful human being!
