        Just called to ask a few questions, specifically about cost. But the person who answered the phone was dismissive and rude. I didnt get far enough to ask any other questions because she was reverting to her consistent statement we have no available appointments; which wasnt a question I asked. I guess Ill never know what their services are like, Ill stick to H&R Block. I feel if you can't answer and tend to a customer call in a service business, there is a big problem.

        Taxpath has been doing our taxes for years. Mohammed is very nice, patient and takes time to explain things and work with you. He calls me at home when I have a tax issue and will make sure to get to the bottom of it. Will keep going back.
