was shopping for a quality dentist that had experience pulling teeth, using sedative's without pain.. These doctors are well qualified and sensitive to big babies like me. Very organized , on time, and friendly girls. Will find affordable ways to meet your budget and still do a real good job. Had lower denture made and installed and couldn't be happier. Very clean , and cozy office. You'll like them!!

One of the best dentists in the area. Dr. Wu is patient, friendly, and conservative in what she recommends for my dental health. She's not pushy at all. If there are issues, she recommends the best course of action, or refers you to a specialist if needed. Overall she is amazing and I am sad that I moved away.

Could have been better. However, this Dentist is a 1/5 stars, because of their lack of expertise in root canal treatment, and in crowning or repairing a cracked tooth. Also, this dentist has no knowledge about Endodontics. This dentist was very quick to take in appointment for tooth evaluation and X-Ray. However, the fast speed for appointment was a hopeless experience. Because this dentist's evaluation and suggestion was only a specialist in teeth extraction and in pulling out tooth, leaving a ho in patient's mouth, and after extraction, their ideas was to re-pin teeth, re-planting teeth back into the hole after tooth extraction. That is stupid. This is all too painful, creates more damage, more bone losses, and this dentist has no intelligence to cap a crown or a designer's gemstone jewelry teeth. The consequences of this evaluation and this suggestion made by this dentist at this place is too awful, dirty, painful, and everything to "not" be agreed to go forward with any of this dentist's suggestions; only resulted in a 1 star. Because this dentist is not professional enough. Is not skillful enough. I would have to seek for other dentists and book an appointment with a different dentist who specializes in Endodontics. Especially, find some other dentist who has a 3D X-Ray CT scan. This dentist did not seem to be a top notch professional. I don't feel lucky and beautiful with this kind of dentist. Therefore, this dentist and their office is only a 1 out of 5 stars. Because there are plenty of over qualified dentist out there who has the proper skills and who has the willpower to help out than this dentist. Especially, I know my situation would have been experienced by many small elementary children with toothache already. And disappointingly, this dentist has shown bad concentration and no desire to be a professional dentist. Why bother being a dentist you claimed to be when you don't have it in you? You show off a very nice looking video about yourself on a website and a UC degree, with lots of 5/5 stars reviews by others who seem related to you. However, maybe no one had shown the truthful light on you to tell you that you are not the best dentist and there are some skills you don't have in you. After your interaction with me, you do know that you do lack some education and you do have some missing skills, especially, one of your dental assistant was asking me and talking to me to help her make a personal teeth guard for her own personal situation. From a patient to a dentist practitioner, when a dentist practitioner asked a patient to help do that for a dentist, on the day of an appointment when that appointment is for helping the patient, you have considered to be "not" qualified enough to be a dentist for the patient. Just wanted to tell you that the field of dentistry is not about collecting 5/5 stars, however, you should know that a 1/5 stars could only help guide you to become a better dentist professional. Sorry, you failed to be a good dentist to me. You have only strive successfully to look perfect, from your website, and from countless reviews. When it came to trying out your services for real, you're not professional enough. I am not lucky to be have been seen by you. I am not special enough to help you, because you got a lot to catch up on. Just wanted to let you know that there is a lot of over qualified dentist professionals with skills far off more superb than you and your group.

I normally dont leave negative review like this but based on what happened to my son, I wont recommend this dentist as a family dentist with kids younger than 10 year old. We were really hoping to find a dentist that can treat our whole family, but this unfortunately even with good friends referral is very disappointing for us. They would seem to be patient but deep down they dont really have the patience to deal with kids of younger age. They left my sons tooth with incomplete treatment telling me the situation was stable just so they can push us to other dentists, that caused the extraction of my sons tooth only after 1 month. Its very hard to imagine the situation would go so badly right after the doctor told me it was stable one month prior. But she was basically just trying to validate what she did was right. The whole reason they were pushing my son to another dentist was just because he wasnt cooperating at the end of a very long session. They were judge-mental in my sons reaction and made conclusions that they wont want to treat him (them being judge mental was in a sophisticated way, you wont be able to tell at first). All in all, I strongly believe if we picked another dentist as our family dentist, my sons tooth would have been saved. I would highly recommend thinking twice before you take your kids here, dont let the soft spoken staff mislead you. The real truth is ugly beneath.
