Dont fall for their sweet talks. I got fooled by they good attitude initially, but the work and customer service after is very bad. The first time I went back was because the new quarter glass they replaced was not sealed with body panel. We went back and they had just taped it up with masking tape, which was a joke, but I was too nice to confront them. Went back the second time with an appointment scheduled. Drove 45 minutes just to be told that no one can work on it that day. Went back the third time with an appointment again, and been told that they would give me a call after it is done. Waited for more than 3 hours, I had to call them to find out that they needed to order the glass and I had to go back again for the fourth time. So totally five times visit to get the single window work done which was ridiculous. Also, there was a noticeable rattling noise from the door ever since the first repair. I mentioned it to them every time I go there, and advised them that the interior trim was not properly secured. They never bother to check, or they just lied. They either told me that it would stop rattling after driving it for a while or the interior trim could not be fitted perfectly after it had been worked on. Again, I was too nice to confront them. I finally had time to took the door apart and look at it myself today. All Glass probably would never thought that I would take it apart one day and see the mess they left behind. Take a look of the pictures and see it for yourself. Ripped water deflector, missing door interior trim clips, caulk smeared everywhere, and scratched door paint and panels? How can you ever trust a company like this? I tried to support small business, but I got disappointed again. I just dont understand why cant a business be honest to their customer and takes pride of their work. I was already very sad and frustrated that my car was damaged and broken into, but this place just made it so much worse. I had to drive back 5 times, 45 minutes drive each time, and I still have to work on it myself after all of these. Before moving to the Bay Area, I have been in the car industry since high school restoring and rebuilding vintage cars. This has to be one of the worse shops I have ever encountered. Not only the work they did was bad, but the way they treated their customer was terrible.
