The first time I went in I looked around for half an hour without anyone saying anything to me. The next day I went in to buy a $1500 washing machine and the salesperson seemed to do everything in his power to dissuade me from doing business with them. Great selection with zero urgency or sense of customer appreciation. I ended up leaving and purchased the washing machine from a different vendor.

Called first with question about Bosch dishwasher and got prompt response. Visited store later same day and greeted by friendly sales person. I was shown the
model I had expressed interest in. Very satisfied with responses to the various
queries. Purchase was made. Happy with
delivery date agreed to. This is forth appliance we have purchased from this
Dealer.
