Five stars are not enough to rate the level of service Stephanie Spencer and Liz Dueas provided. Their level of attention to our transaction was off the charts. Stephanie Spencer helped ease the anxiety that comes with buying a home. I will refer all my friends and family to Stephanie. What an amazing journey. Thanks Stephanie and team!

Worse refinancing experience ever.. avoid Kenneth wasted 8 months gave me run around wouldnt recommend him to a enemy

Absolutely terrible! We did a refinance with Sunwest and they could never seem to get our paperwork right. Corry Abie was amazing and helped us navigate through Sunwest BS. After our refinance finished 2 months later we found out they never paid our taxes, and my tax bill is now delinquent. They admitted to fault and still are making us take the hit by increasing our monthly payment even though before we refinanced I had $3400 in my escrow account in order to cover my taxes. This company is terrible and does not put customer first!I would never and will never recommend them and once they pay the taxes we will be finding another mortgage lender.UsefulFunnyCool

What can I say about Sun West Mortgage Co? They're family. I don't mean that in a cheesy or arbitrary way. They cared for my family like we were a part of theirs. They warmly welcomed us, consistently made sure we understood every step of the process, and went above and beyond. They had the upmost integrity and respect towards us, and based on email time stamps, we knew they were working night and day for our family to get our dream home. We felt like we mattered and are so appreciative of them and their efforts. We highly recommend you consider them for your home ownership journey too.
