        Terrible service. They have owed our refund check for over 3-4 months when they only have 30 business to send the check. This organization not only refuses to send us our escrow refund check. They continue play dumb when encountered with an issue.

        One thing I really appreciate about Derrell is his responsiveness. If he says he will be getting back, he will. If it's gonna take a while, he will keep you in the loop. He changed my expectation of a financial planner and we now always go to him first.
