We recently listed a home for sale in Southern California and were highly recommended to call Luise Moronez to see how he could assist us. From my initial phone call with Luise, I was quite impressed of how knowledgeable he was about the current real estate market, so I proceeded with setting up a meeting for him to come out to our home to discuss the sale more in detail, and to evaluate our property. Luise showed up right on time, and after meeting him in person, and getting to know him for a little while, we decided that this guy was the agent we were looking for! Luise didn't waste any time, within a few days, he coordinated a professional photo shoot and listing for our home. He also scheduled two open house times immediately. However, we never had to have the second one because the house sold on the first open house he scheduled. Luise was able to take on many offers, and weed out the one's that qualified for the home, and on top of it he was able to get us top dollar for our home, which was much higher than all the homes that recently sold in our neighborhood. Luise stayed on top of everything that came up and guided us along the way until escrow successfully closed. As we were highly recommended to him, I now, after my awesome experience with Luise would recommend him to my family, friends, and anyone contemplating on selling their home!

I worked with Judith Merlo on my refinance and she was AMAZING!!! Judith was always easy to reach! With other companies I had to wait days to hear back, but never with Judith. I was in a difficult position where a family member wanted to be removed from a property in title and mortgage so Judith helped me lock in a lower interest rate for the refinance despite the high rates right now. She is such a sweetheart and she got the refinance done within two weeks despite having to remove a child support lien. I can't say enough great things about Judith!! I will definitely work with her again when I need to refinance to a lower rate.
