Do not waste your time coming to this lenders or at least with Yuri Nogales. After meeting and talking with Yuri my father and I where approved for an amount for a first time buyer. When finding a home that we like and the real estate agent needing the loan pre-approval letter to put in an offer for the home. I Contacted Yuri by phone, messages and email various attempts to get this letter from her, she never responded. And I never got anything from her so had to get another loan somewhere else and they had to due a hard credit check again. Affecting my credit score again. If a could give no stars I would. Don't waste your time !!!

Ivan and Jesus were so great. My loan process was smooth from beginning to end. They communicated well and were on top of everything. Jesus, loan coordinator, went above and beyond when working with the Escrow company of the seller to help me have an easier time with the paperwork. I will definitely be working with them again for my next property. Thank you both so much!
