        Every time I try to call, noone is ever there and noone returns calls. I moved to Nevada. Called the customer service number to let them know of my address change. Received a piece of mail from Allstate stating that nothing would change on my policy regarding my recent change of address. Instead of letting me know it would not be renewed using my new address my policy was terminated as of January 1st. 👎

        Allstate has always been there for me when needed their agents have been responsive and accommodating. However, the decision of Allstate to no longer mail monthly bills is not at all appreciated. All seniors don’t use Apps and the internet or will remember to pay the monthly bill without the mail reminder nor does every senior listen to their voicemail daily to get a reminder from Allstate. I believe that this practice to not send monthly statements will result in lapsed policies.
