Had my first appointment here this week! I went all out and booked a facial. And it was wonderful!! I haven't had a facial in years and the esthetician was great at explaining the steps she was doing, What she was putting on my face and why, and my face felt amazing afterward! I will definitely be back.

I love this place !! Everyone is so nice and helpful and keep my skin so beautiful and youthful. It is so worth the money and investment in your skin and selft care. I had a facial by Vera and have been incredible!! Literally look forward to my facial sessions here, they are the BEST in LA! You will leave with glowing and incredibly hydrated and youthful skin. I literally owe them my life. I went in to get a facial after being sick for many weeks prior. Tried to make myself feel better. Once done i went to my car with hardly no energy and put my head down in the steering wheel. Shortly after I heard a knock on the glass, It was Vera and the sweetest lady I cant remember her name but they were my guardian angels that day. They told me I was too sick to drive and to come back in and lay down for a while til I feel better. I hate I cant remember her name she went and got me some soup as Iaid there and tried to regain some strength. I honest cant thank them enough. I ended up being hospitalized the next day with a hiatal hernia, I had no idea about. Ive been get a phone call and it was Vera asking me was I OK? And where did I sleep that night? It was just so reassuring to know that human decency still exist and my color didnt matter to her they went above and beyond regardless of and Im so grateful. As soon as I feel better, I plan to revisit and show my appreciation.

I recently visited for a dermaplaning session, a procedure I am quite familiar with, having undergone it numerous times at different locations. Unfortunately, my latest experience was far from the standard of care and comfort I've come to expect from such treatments. From the outset, the procedure was unexpectedly painful, a stark contrast to the gentle experiences I've had in the past. I could acutely feel each scrape, indicative of a technique that seemed to lack the finesse and gentleness dermaplaning requires. Particularly concerning was the attention given to the area under my eyes, where the esthetician went over the same spot upwards of 12 times, leaving my skin not only extremely sensitive but visibly damaged.The aftermath was telling, with photos clearly capturing the extent of the damage I had. I hope that by sharing my experience, others can be spared the discomfort I faced.
