This ulta is the closest to me so I go to the is one often. However I do go to other from time to time but they hardly ever have products that this one always has stocked. Plus if I order something, they have it ready quick.

Rude employees for sure! Condescending and borderline disrespectful. My experience was with a blonde male who saw me struggling while carrying my baby, but pressured me to push out my shopping cart IMMEDIATELY. When I tell you he hassled me like I wasnt a valued customer. Complete lack of compassion and care for the situation. Very disappointed with the mediocre customer service. Any other person wouldve offered to help instead he hassled me like he wanted me to leave.

Why am I NOT surprise this store has a 1 star.! The staff believes they are to high standard to help a CUSTOMER out. Hello, you guys WORK there. They act like they dont see you! But they are so quick to gossip with one another. Laughing and their language was . Oh but since I was walking with my stroller, they kept and eye out on me but couldnt ask me if I NEEDED help, which I did but eventually found the products I needed.! They should just have self check out and the security at the door.

I went in today to get some foundation and other makeup goodies, and I have to write this review for Emely from the makeup section. I appreciate the time she took helping me and all of the product recommendations she provided. As someone that doesn't know too much about makeup but wants to learn, I am so happy I asked her for help today. She took her time to color match me and explain the process of applying makeup and which products she was using for each step like concealing and setting. I have gotten help from other employees at different ULTA locations and also Sephora but this has been the best color match foundation I have ever gotten & also customer service. Emely answered all of my questions and went over the entire makeup application steps a second time after she had tested the products on me so that I could write them down on my phone to follow when I do my makeup on my own. She's the best!! Thanks so much Emely!!!
