        I went to Starbucks and asked for a Frozen Strawberry Aa Lemonade. When I got my drink I realized that it wasnt frozen. So I told them that I had said frozen but supposedly they didnt hear me. I told them to give me a new one, but all they did was blend it and thought I was dumb enough not to realize realize. Overall the place is ok. The drinks are decent, and the customer service is not that good.
