Will not respond to calls from clients. Have contacted several times to make changes to my policy, found out they were never made. After talking to him personally, he still failed to make changes, found out I did not have coverage on one of my vehicles for 2 months.

If you want someone who will provide you phenomenal service get you a great rate and just all around have a great experience Walter at Farmers is your guy. His office is right off the freeway so it's super convenient, clean, and even provided snacks for my kids. I was with my previous insurance company for 10+ years and dont necessarily have any complaints but when I talked to Walter he ended up saving me a bunch of money and included additional services I never knew I didnt have (rental car, window repair/replacement etc). Definitely worth a call/visit to see if he can save you some money! Thanks Walter!!!!

While my family and I have been Farmers Insurance clients for years, we acquired Walter as our new agent in July and we couldn't be happier we did! We previously (unknowingly) had quite a few lapses in coverage and Walter meticulously went over each of our policies and was not only able to make sure we were properly insured, but saved us a TON of money in doing so! He is incredibly personable, professional, and a master of his craft. He is able to break things down in layman's terms and really cater the coverage to your individual needs and desires. I would (and have) recommend him to anyone in the market for new or different insurance.
