I was referred to Brian at Total Access by a friend for data transfer from a very old computer to a new laptop. My experience was very satisfactory from the initial meeting to a quick and efficient resolution of my task. Follow up questions were quickly answered. I needed to find someone that could help me with some cell phone Data that is extremely important to me. Shelby was so kind to me and my daughter when we called.Shelby got us right in, they are both very caring, i explainded what i needed and how very important it was.They said it would cost about 80.00 plus about 3 5.00 for the app they needed to do the work.When i came in to pick up and pay the billthey charged me 40.00, did not chargs for one phone work or the app.They knew that i was going thru something very devastating , they were unbelievably so very KIND I would recommend them to anyone that wants Great work done.They are some of the kindest people i have ever had the pleasure doing business with.We need more people like them in this world.

I am so excited I found this place! I had been looking for someone, preferred local to help me with my computer & a phone that was given to me from a family member. I was so scared I had lost my data after I had spilled a drink on my laptop. The amazing tech was able to save my whole computer!! She pulled my data, replaced the keyboard, updated my OS & it is as good as new. As for the phone, she was able to pull the photos off of it I thought were lost. Definitely recommend this great little family owned shop!! Great service, very helpful, not overpriced, very responsive & I love that they walked me through what was wrong/what needed to be fixed.

TOTALLY knowledgeable, competent, efficient, friendly, trustworthy!!!! MOREOVER: I (as an 80 yr.-old, computer ignorent) --- was treated like an actual human being! Thank you, Shelby and Brian, for solving my problems so pleasantly and easily. P.S.: I figure, now that I've learned which cave-age image to poke on a computer, I can happily relax back into poetry, theatre, hand-held books, feeding birds, and looking at stars.
