Wednesday's lunch at Chili's in Diamond Bar Ca. was not a good experience,.wasn't enough wait Staff to get silverware when we got meal & couldn't seem to get attention to asking for a straw for drink we were served.

I've never been to this location before, but wanted to get lunch before I went to the neighboring target. Went in, it wasn't busy, and the host said it was open seating. We sat near the bar and waited..... and waited. No one ever came to our table and after about 20 min we left.
