The entire transaction took right around 30 days to close and have the money in the bank. I chose Steve over another highly qualified person because of his demeanor. He was NEVER pushy. We made the difficult decision to sell our childhood home, my parents home. It was important to find someone who knew what they were doing and was kind and understanding to how difficult this process would be for my family.
