This review is long overdue. In April of 2023 my wife and I were faced with an unexpected move. We needed to buy a new home quickly. Thankfully, I was already connected with Vic Steele. He was able to identify our true wants and needs, which went far beyond number of rooms and square footage. After taking substantial time to understand us, Vic began providing us information on listings that would fit for our familys needs. I knew Vic was experienced and could handle the real estate transaction, but the way he handled the mental and emotional state of my wife and I through the process, was the real value of that experience. With consistent updates on the process and inside information on what negotiations and debates were happening as well as what the other side was pushing for helped us to create a offer that would stand out. Once we found a home that we liked I asked him to talk me out of buying this house. I wanted an honest opinion that this was gonna be right long-term. Vic looked me square in the eye and said Jason theres no reason to not buy this house. Now that may seem like the obvious self-serving answer but Ill tell you after living in the house for 8 months he was 100% right this was the place for us. Vic knew it when he put it on the list to show us, and he knew it when he answered my question. While the sign in front of the home said that the listing agent was the local expert his phone number was out of market as well as his office and we never saw him once to the transaction. I cant imagine what it would be like to operate a business with that level of nonchalant engagement in a half $1 million transaction Throughout the purchase, Vic connected us with several of his team members that allowed us to have peace of mind knowing that a proper inspection was done, and when repairs were requested, we chose to get cash at closing, rather than have their handyman do it because as Vic pointed out. Do you want the same guys that did such a rush job in flipping this place being the ones to repair their own mistakes. Wise words from an experienced, real estate professional. In the end we got our home and Vic welcomed us into it with a thoughtful gift that showed he listened to us through out the transaction.

Honesty and due diligence is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to Mr. Vic Steele. I would only trust Vic Steele for my residential home sales.
