Im writing this on the behalf of my girlfriend, she was in one of the most uncomfortable situations ever , the lady seemed like she didnt want to be there or to do her nails. Not only that but she was super rude and unprofessional as she kept staring at her and laughing while talking to her co workers. She did the nails wrong and charged an extra $15 from what they used to be. She left a lot of the cuticles on her nails and did a poor job. If I could rate her lower than 1 star I would.

0 stars if possible. Never shouldve came back after a horrible pedicure but gave them another chance with a manicure and left disappointed again. Felt rushed while picking a color. When I didnt like my initial color the lady felt reluctant to let me pick another. Very impatient while other workers told her to let me pick a darker shade. Still hated the color but thats my fault. At the salon I also failed to notice that she didnt put a clear top coat on my left hand and didnt notice till I got home from work later that nught. Again partially my fault but if youre that reluctant to do a good job and provide good service then dont work. Its simple. Do a good job or dont do it at all, its so frustrating..and then they expect a tip. Not a fan. Not coming back.

No customer service! Overbooked. Unsanitary. They Treat people rudely like an assembly line. Speak to each-other loudly over the clients. Act like they dont understand English. Appointments run late especially with Ivy since she is receptionist & operator! They get defensive & irritated if you ask then to adjust something to your liking. I had been there before they started over booking & had a receptionist, it was better. Now I feel no peace during services that I am PAYING for. I will not go back! Ive taken this enough with no change from the operators. Services: Nail extensions, Pedicure, Eyelash extensions
