Tina is the best lender I have worked with. She is committed to the deadline of the closing period and the loan contingency period. Because we are in a seller market, we have to shorten our loan contingency and closing period. I was very nervous in the beginning since we need to close in three weeks and we need to remove contingency within a week. She is willing to work with us and hand holding from the very beginning of the process to the very end. She is very responsive to our asks no matter what time of the day. I always feel welcomed when I reach out to her and ask any stupid questions. In addition, she proactively updated us when rates were dropping or there could be a good time to lock the rate. She would provide pros and cons on the decision and let us make the final decision. Its my pleasure to work with Tina and I would recommend her to any buyers who want a low rate and excellent client services.
