As a first time home buyer, actually I do not have any idea on the Real estate properties and current market trend. One of my family friend referred Ritesh, I am really happy with the service provided by Ritesh through out the home buying process. He explained all steps and process involved in buying process, guided on new home tours to multiple model homes with various builders. He really did a great job in negotiating on the offer price, giving counter offers, following up with the seller agent. He explained me the conditions mentioned by seller and clarified how it impact us in both positive and negative way and tried best to work in my favor.
