Gold Coast Dental in Diamond Bar is such a nice and warming place. The front desk was really nice and positive and very understanding, the dr is also really nice as well as the dental assistants!! This is a place I would definitely come back

My family have been treated with Dr. Ling for so many years and always we see the best care and service. Had a great visit to Gold coast dental and the front desk Rosa she is great with all the treatment all the detailed information.

Front desk /Receptionist
Sumi. Unprofessional and never follows through with canceling appointments. Refused to tell me her name and hung up on me not once but twice asked for her supervisor. Waiting on call back. Dr is losing business

Front office not friendly I encountered poor service at a new dental clinic. The lady at the front desk ignored me and focused on her phone, which was disappointing. Expecting an apology and just a simple teeth cleaning and consultation.
