The dentist overbooks, too busy to spend too much time with you. I will stop going because of the male assistant. Took by daughter in for cleaning but didn't call me in. My daughter says he brushed up against her a few times. I've had my teeth cleaned and no one brushed up against me. What the heck. I'm looking for a new pediatric dentist!

Dental care is good. One complaint is that the dental office is advertised for children and have photographs of their play area. I wanted my kids' dental experience to be more than dental care so they would be excited to go. Since I have started coming (mid 2022) they have not opened their play area. I understand that there was a pandemic in 2020....we are now in 2023....I think it's time to re-open or remove the play area. My daughter keeps asking why it's not open.

The front staff needs to work on treating everyone with courtesy (even those who aren't Chinese). The assistants in the back are superb! Maybe they can teach the front staff how to treat clients. Zero complaints on the dentist other than they should screen who they hire.
