I visited Dr Alinas office for dental cleaning yesterday, but got a $745 bill for a dental crown after just an x-ray and checking my tooth. Then I told them I will think about it and prefer to have just the dental cleaning 1st. They told me that if cant be in the same day and I need to make appointment again, so I went to the front counter to schedule my next appointment, but she told me that she needs to check my insurance first. Haha now I understand that there will be no appointment if I wont pay $745 ~ they already have my insurance information by phone before I came, also can claim x ray fee from them. However, I am glad I have decided to not have the lung dental crown in their clinic after read old google message because someones crown came out twice.

Ive been going with my three kids since my youngest was 2 years old and shes 9 now. I am very happy with Dr. Gad and staff . I do miss Gaby, but Ive warmed up to Leti she is very nice and helpful as well.

This office may look professional but that is very deceiving. It is all about making money from you and from your insurance. That is the reason why for simple teeth cleaning, they will not schedule one appointment, but split it into two visits which I can still deal with. In my case, I did not get the second appointment after taken the x-rays! Why? My teeth has no other problems and no extra treatment needed to be done. When I went to front desk to set up the 2nd appt for teeth cleaning, Letty showed me the next appt procedures will cost $455 that will NOT be covered by insurance. I decline those suggest treatments and said just want teeth cleaning. She rudely said you have to do these otherwise can't set up 2nd appointment. I said I don't understand and would like to speak with the dentist, Dr Alina. She seems to be related to the dentist and run the show like. I did not get to speak with the dentist and I also called twice to leave message to request to speak with the dentist and still no call back. This office is not run professionally but rudely by Letty on how much billing she can rack up.

Had very bad experience with Letty (the receptionist) recently. She told me that she will contact insurance more than 1 month ago and never get back to me. I called the office and she rudely put me on hold multiple times abruptly. Some cases it is more than 10 minutes, sometimes she never get back and hang up the phone. I have been with the office form more than 5 years and don't understand why suddenly this Letty start to treat people so rudely. The doctor and nurse are usually good. But this Letty lady has very poor manner and very little patience. The business will be impacted by her for sure. It is a shame!
