This facility is still demanding its clients to wear facemasks when entering the office. These Draconian measures have adversely affected my opinion of this establishment. At first it was the rude tenured receptionist that began to tarnish my perception, but I turned a blind eye to the way she spoke to me and I continued scheduling appointments with Dr Glenn. He is very talented and knows exactly how to alleviate any aches and pains in my feet and back. Unfortunately the masking requirement was the icing on the cake to make me look elsewhere for chiropractic services. In hindsight I should have began looking for another office after the unprofessional treatment from the older female receptionist.

After scheduling a first-time appointment with Dr. Park, I walked out feeling like a new person!  The staff is super personable and Dr Kim is really inviting and I appreciated that very much!  He was so nice and patient with me.  Dr Park would ask if I was ok and responded to  all my questions with great care.  My neck and back brought me to search for chiropractic care.  I'm a Kaiser Permanente member and my insurance was well accepted. I will return to him very soon.  I had a really good experience.

Dr. Glenn is extremely professional with the knowledge and experience to take care of my needs. I've been to many chiropractors who simply crack my neck and tell me to come back again. Dr. Glenn does far more in being thorough to identify the cause of my pain and also educate me in what I can do personally to contribute to my own well-being in small but effective ways.

Receptionist cancelled my appointment the day before telling me the doctor is taking the day off to move and taking select appointments only.  I would have liked a few days notice so I could look for another place to get my back adjusted.
