Peiwen Liu is the the best Lawyer hands down. She responded to every email and phone call with grace, she was courteous and timely with every response. My experience with her law office was great! I highly recommend Law office of Peiwen Liu!

I wish I could give negative ratings. Peiwen is the kind of attorney that you would like to avoid to work with no matter what legal services you need. She is dishonest and lack basic professionalism. Peiwen was responsible of filing my H1B visa application this year. She had made significant mistake in the initial filing which caused the USCIS to request additional evidence(RFE) on my case. She put a wrong job category and code on my LCA form, despite my specific request. After I received the RFE, she showed no regret or apology on the mistake. Instead, she asked for more attorney fee for responding to the RFE. I want to give her a second chance so I ask my employer to continue pay the attorney fee. This could be the worst decision that I've made in my life. Peiwen is generally easy to work with before you pay your attorney fee. After that, guess what, you can hardly reach her once a month. She hired a guy to answer the phone for her. After her refusal to reply the email, I called her office number almost everyday, the guy always told me that she was not at her office and he didn't know when she would be there. I feel like Peiwen is not living in the same dimension or time zone as we do. She could be absent from her office during business hour for a whole month. During the whole preparation for the response, she only provided a simple cover letter and I have to request tons of modification on that letter. I had to gather and prepare most of the supporting evidence on my own. I had to do legal research myself and provide guidance to her on how to prepare the response properly. Not surprisingly, my case got denied in the end. But I'm not the worst case on her hand. My coworker hired her to file the green card application at the same time this year. The USCIS requested audit on her case and Peiwen simply disappeared for a couple months and missed the deadline to response, which caused my coworker wasted half a year in her green card application process and have to start from the beginning again. Although Peiwen returned the attorney fee later, the damage was already done. After I got my deny notice, I still have the option to file motion to reopen the case to challenge their decision. Peiwen again asked for more attorney fee to file the motion. Well, there is no third chance for you. I hope every one in need of legal services, especially H1B and EB2 green card applications could avoid this law office and Peiwen Liu. Shame on you Peiwen.
