This year is the second year that my daughter goes to summer camp, it is a very pleasant establishment for the children, all the teachers are very well trained and the atmosphere is very pleasant for the children, my daughter loves to go because they make her feel very comfortable in everything. Everyone who works there is very kind, responsible.

I am grateful that E-plex is located near my daughter's elementary school, and I have decided to enroll her here. I am sending her to E-plex not only because they take good care of my daughter and provide good academic work, but most importantly, because under a well-structured educational environment, she can learn and practice time management and build good habits. I really appreciate that E-plex can help with this.
I used to pick up my daughter from her elementary school every early afternoon. After coming home, she had plenty of time. I had hoped to teach her time management skills and believed that I could do it myself. To truly teach her how to manage her time, I needed to devote my full attention to her. This meant putting aside all my work and dedicating 3-4 hours to just her. As I work from home, that was not possible, and only monitoring her and reminding her to stick to her plan sometimes worked, but most of the time, it did not.
Using time effectively does not necessarily mean studying or doing academic work the entire time and it can involve a variety of activities. I realized it is hard and inefficient to practice at home. Initially, I consider afterschool programs were primarily for parents who both work and need to send their kids somewhere after school hours, now I believe it would be a lot easier to develop these skills by using a structured educational environment, like E-plex. It is the most effective, smart way. It also gives me extra time and space to focus on my work or my own personal development and other important things without worrying about constantly monitoring and reminding her.
So, I finally made up my mind to send her to E-plex afterschool, although I can pick her up in the early afternoon, and below is the reason why I choose E-plex.
First, E-plex is a well-known educational facility, and I have heard about it for years, so it was initially my number 1 option to choose, as it is close to the school and the best location, conveniently in the H mart mall. I still did some research before I decided on E-plex. Besides their well-known academic work program and useful activities and their management, only comparing the price and environment for the facilities, it was so competitive. The price was much better than the other institutions that offer only from Monday to Thursday. The environment--there is no other place that can be compared to here. Very neat, spacious. There are many classrooms and a huge gym, music rooms, and an art room. Also, all the staff is kind. There was no reason that I do not choose E-plex for me. Lastly, as proof, from the first day, until now, my daughter liked to go here so much. Simply she must have a good time there, so she is happy being there.
There is also a BIG plus that I must mention: the PIANO TEACHER!!! I did not expect too much, and I am so thankful to meet this piano teacher. I liked his lesson muchhhhhh more than her three previous teachers. From the first day, I have felt my daughter will go with him for a long time. Initially, I simply chose a piano class because E-plex provides private piano lessons, and taking any class from here is saving my time to transit. If I choose an outside teacher, I will easily spend an extra one hour to commute.
By the way, as I write this review, I am surprised to realize that I am the first person to write a review for E-plex, despite it being a well-known place and many parents having sent their kids there by referral for years. Nevertheless, I am pleased to share my feedback and thoughts here.

My child attends the afterschool program and E-PLEX Diamond Bar and there is quite a number of things they do well.
First, their facility is well-maintained. They have rooms for many different classes including piano, art, robotics, library, not to mention a very spacious gym where students can do exercises and attend dance/basketball lessons.
Despite the great variety of enrichment classes offered, they are very organized and seldom (in my experience never) missed any class or miscommunicated. They also continue to expand their class offerings (e.g. Kendo) to serve the diverse interests of the students.
Also, they are transparent and fair about their fees. For example, if a student only attend the afterschool program for a partial month (e.g. Spring Break, first month of the school year, etc), they will charge a pro-rated tuition for that month.
Their teachers are polite, caring and patient with the students. They write a daily checklist for every single student which parents can read on the E-PLEX mobile app.
Highly recommend for any family looking for an afterschool program near Diamond Bar!
