Extremely Disappointing Experience with Dun-right Plumbing. I am compelled to share my profoundly unsatisfactory experience with Dunright Plumbing. Yesterday and today, we faced plumbing issues, including a stoppage, a leak inside the wall, and a broken disposal. We called out home waranty and they assign this compnay for us to urgently take care of issue. We were scheduled on Thursday between 8am -4 pm I had to take a day off to be home on that long time frame but nobody showed up nobody called to give us update. When I called around 4 pm on Thursday Theresa was sorry about what happened and we respect that and gave them benefit of doubt and let them to schedule us for today first thing in the morning. Despite a promised early morning appointment between 10-12 today, Dun right Plumbing was a complete no-show again and no call. When we called for an update first she said oh I thought my tech already is there and then she said she will follow up with him but again I didnt hear anything from them, they continually changed the timeframe and failed to uphold their commitments, demonstrating a lack of responsibility and communication. Our attempts to address the situation with Theresa at the store initially seemed promising, but it quickly turned into empty assurances. The repeated delays and unfulfilled promises left us feeling taken advantage of, especially considering we were accommodating and flexible. It appears they played games with our appointment, prioritizing other clients over us. Despite relying on our home warranty for support in such situations, Dunright Plumbings incompetence and lack of professionalism left us without a resolution. Even our request for the owners name was denied, reflecting a lack of transparency. Now, its Friday, and we are forced to seek alternative solutions for our plumbing issues, depriving us of the basic amenities of a functional home until next week. The entire experience has been nothing short of miserable. I share this review to caution other clients about the unreliability and unprofessionalism of Dunright Plumbing. Its crucial for individuals to be aware of who they are entrusting with their plumbing needs, and unfortunately, Dunright Plumbing falls short of meeting those expectations.

Dunright Plumbing and Rooter Service was sent out through my home protection plan and that's exactly how the repairs went.... DunRight. Raymond was the plumber that did the job. He was very perfessional and curteious. He replaced a couple of toilet shutoff valves that were leaking, fill valves, and a 20 year old water heater. He even replaced a porch light for me! Will definitely recommend to friends and family. Would rate this company 10 stars if I could.

Dunright plumbing came out to my house to fix a yard water leak. Ray Morales was the serviceman who came out to check my water issue. Ray found an area dug it up a small sprinkler line. Glued a PVC pipe however, leaving the job site to run his errands because he said that the pipe needed time to glue and stick. On the day he came back after leaving a period of time he was done. Being the professional he should have recommended to just turn off the sprinkler valve that feeds water to my Sprinklers & be done with that issue. I had to suggest it not the professional. After that fix Ray Morales turns water on with no inspection to check for any other issues. Plumbers do have a way to detect leaks none was done. No guarantee was given because now I know he knew he was not completing the job. Ray Morales said call back if any issues. Why would I do that he gave me no guarantee. Please people remember Ray Morales wants small jobs nothing hard to fix or needs update training. This review is exactly what I experienced with Ray Morales - Dunright Plumbing. My water bill is so large after he turned on water meter giving no concern to the customer's dilemma & water charges. I paid $600 for what to turn off a sprinkler valve, fix a small pvc pipe that did not fix my leak. This is the worst service call I've ever received!
