They do not fill propane small tanks anymore. Sad, I have been coming her for over 22 years! Guess someone 3lae will get my business.

The staff is friendly. Mona is great. However, I do not agree with them locking the propane due to a $50.00 service fee. Did not leave a notice at the door and now paid $142.00 to get it back on when my tank is at 40%.

Ive been a customer for 20 years Ive made several calls to your staff to explain my losses and costs and I really appreciate them listening to my repeated phone calls about my situation. I especially appreciate the phone call you made to my landlord explaining to him how shut off, capping off, and termination procedures work. A great lesson in civics. A mans future, and house and reputation is worth $263. Thank you so much for calling my landlord I so appreciate that considerate and helpful humanitarian thought during my time of loss.
