Cheryl and Reuben showed us a house that was not even on our radar, and went above and beyond to assist in the purchase. So when we sold a rental condo we did not even think of calling someone else. They sold our condo in one day.

Ruben and Cheryl are a fantastic team Realtors! I have used them twice and both times I was very satisfied with the homes and with the entire process. There where a few times I thought I was being too picky and Reuben would pull out his file and show us another home that had a bigger yard, or a two car garage or it just had something that I want. They worked hard to get us what we wanted and were super friendly and accommodating. When we sold our homes, they gave us ideas on how to mitigate resolutions when the buyers would make a request. Great team and I highly recommend!

We have known Ruben and Cheryl since 2010 when we bought our first home. They are awesome and down to earth! We never felt pressured to make a purchase and they always took the time to hear what we were looking for. They were always willing to go as far as we needed, did whatever it took and for as long as it took to find what we wanted! They provided tips and pointed out things we didnt see in a home or area. They go above and beyond even after you you buy or sell or in our case, both. They are GRAND people and provided the most honest service weve ever received.
