Chaun remodeled a duplex Encinitas for us and we couldn't be happier with his professionalism and quality of construction. We saved the cost of a designer because he creative and competent in design and help us come together with our visualization.

Wow great pic... Chaun Miller Construction was very professional and went above and beyond the call of duty. everything he touched was on such a high level that what started out as a million dollar home ended up being worth much more because of his attention to detail and his great appreciation for finishes. I would recommend him in the highest rating of a 5 star.... he was easy to talk to and easy to reach which is not in a contractors profile. he was available and listened to us.

Chaun and team completed our significant home remodel and second story addition from Feb 2017-October 2017. They were professional, on-schedule and on-budget. The house looks absolutely amazing! They were able to take our vision and turn it into a reality. Chaun was always open to ideas, and finding ways to accomplish what we wanted, vs. telling us something couldn’t be done. He was organized and a clear communicator. We always knew the schedule, where we were against the original estimate, and rarely, if ever, surprised. Visiting the job site on a weekly basis, it was clear the pride Chaun and the crew took in their work. If you wanted, they would spend an hour walking you through the most recent things they’d done, pointing out details and highlighting details we might have missed. The love and attention shows in the final quality. Amazingly, they were also incredibly efficient as the other contractors we quoted all said it would take nearly twice as long. This was the first time we’d done a remodel or any work of this magnitude, and we couldn’t have imagined it going smoother. He helped us through the process, filled in gaps and areas where we were unsure, and was always willing to offer advice and opinions. We would recommend Chaun to any one, and would absolutely work with him and the team, again.
