    I am a renter of North County Property Group and I am very impressed by the customer service. Since day one they have been very responsive and on top of everything. After needing a repair in my unit Annabel quickly sent someone out here and made sure to follow up with me to make sure everything was fixed. Annabel responds very quickly to my emails and makes sure all concerns are taken care of. Thank you all!

    NCPG are top notch partners to have in not just property management but also in all real estate transactions. They quickly and professionally were able to rent out my condo and they made my job as the owner extremely easy for all the rental processes: listing, marketing tenant background/credit checks, cleaning, maintenance, rent collection, and everything else you can think of. When I decided to sell my condo, NCPG was also able to help me with that. The sale had lot of surprises during escrow that could have easily jeopardized the deal, but through persistence and deep knowledge of the markets and laws, they were able to get the sale over the finish line. I enthusiastically recommend NCPG, and my only regret was not finding them sooner.

    Very very BAD ! Currently we live in one of the NCPG. Extremely frustrating! Before we could move in , we already placed a maintenance request for some of the issues that is in the apartment. There are atleast 10 different administrative departments/ people involved for 1 single apartment- and no one does the job. We placed maintenance request several times, explained the issue to several different people- atleast 2-3 person came in to inspect and after 1 month , finally a handyman came in. He said the instructions to him was different from the actual issue in the apartment- so he did nothing! THANK YOU NCPG! We will live with the broken doors, horrible... creepy Kitchen Cabinets and water issues inspite of paying such a high rent ! We hav torn screen doors (that we hav taped around) and screen doors that fall off the rails . Water that comes warm from the tap - no clue why - and no one fixes or clarifies things here !

    I applied to a NCPG managed two-bedroom condo as co-applicant to someone already living in the rental. They had gotten approval to renew their lease with a roommate after the rental price increased. I applied and the leasing manager confirmed that my application looked good and met the requirements (this included the approval of my ESA through their third-party screening process). I then waited for them to contact/confirm with the owner of the condo for final approval. In a two-week period, I reached out twice to verify the status of my application. After the first email I received a response saying they were waiting for the owners response on my application. I did not receive another response from the leasing manager. The leasing manager eventually informed my co-applicant to tell me that the lease terms had changed, and they would no longer be able to extend the lease with a roommate. This was only a day before the lease term was set to start. Long story short, I was completely unimpressed and disappointed in the leasing managers communication and felt that they handled the situation unprofessionally. The short notice in change of lease warranted at least an email or phone call explaining the situation, neither of which they provided.
