I got a dip powder manicure and it was a pretty sloppy job with nail polish all over my fingers. The finish on my nails is rough, gritty, bumpy and has air bubbles - not shiny at all. I'll have to go elsewhere to have then redone soon. Very disappointed.

Waited over an hour after my appointment was scheduled just so they could tell me they couldnt do the design I wanted. Horrible experience.

Definitely under new management and all new staff. The technicians are all much older now, which makes me feel guilty getting a pedicure from a grandma. There was a high-school aged young man sitting at one of the manicurist desks, watching TV on a laptop and snacking. I had to ask my grandma technician for a new sponge-file. She showed me how she rubbed two old sponge-files together to make it clean. I said no, please a new one and she was agreeable. But why did I have to ask?I probably wont return, as cleanliness is too priority for me in a salon. It's unfortunate they used to be a very good and friendly crew.
