I would give them no star if I can. I was looking for a specific car, and saw one on their website. So I sent in a availability and price request. I got a call from Sigi the manager telling me a car is available for me to pickup, and at a certain price. I said i will buy it if it is MSRP, and he hang up. Half an hour later he called and said fine if I drive in today. 100miles later when I showed up at the dealer I saw very slim picking on the parking lot, and the supposed car is no where to be found. A sales person greeted us and I told him I am here for the specific car Sigi said is here. He went to Sigi and came back with some excuse about the car is not here, and will take a few hours. In the meantime he sat us down and give us a piece of paper with a car stock number, except the car is next year's model that I know do not exist yet. Then they made up some story about they can deliver the car to us in a week, if we just sign the contract. Except I noticed they won't even specify what color the car is, and the price is not what we negotiated - they added 1200 over our agreed upon price. I asked the sales person if I could directly talk to Sigi and he refused. I called Sigi twice there and the first time he picked up and hang up, the second time won't even pick up. So they dragged us over 100 miles and pulled a bait and switch, to something most likely does not exist. If you are looking for a car, stay away from this dealer and save yourself some trouble.

I had the best experience buying my new CR-V from Shottenkirk Honda. They went over and beyond to find exactly the car I was looking for. They were friendly, straightforward and supportive through the whole buying process. I highly recommend this Honda dealership!
